Reevol was a member of the Chosen Eight, riders of the giant birds who made their home in the aeries of Blue Mountain. The Gliders’ hunters and providers, the Eight were subordinate to Lord Voll, but more often than not answerable to Winnowill.
It was him who delivers Dewshine astride his bond-bird from Blue Mountain when the Wolfriders want to exchange Preservers for her and Windkin. He attacked them when negotiations went awry, but was repulsed—first by Strongbow, who blinded his bond-bird, and then by Aroree and her own mount.
Later imprisoned in wrapstuff by Cutter, he perishes with the rest of the Gliders during the destruction of Blue Mountain.
