Iceholt is one of five continents on Abode, and the place where most Elfquest stories take place. It is connected to the Sunholt continent through a landbridge.

Largely temperate, save for the Burning Waste.

- Sun Village: Village located in the middle of the Burning Waste, overlooked by a mountain.
- Valley of Endless Sleep
- Forbidden Grove: A grove located in western Iceholt, it is known by the humans as the Valley of Endless Sleep. It was inhabited by preservers who would wrap anything that they came across.
- Blue Mountain: A mountain, hollowed out by the young Voll and his followers to create a new Palace.
