Chitter is the daughter of Strongbow and Moonshade, and the younger sister of Dart and the deceased Crescent. She was born after the shards war, at the new holt when Strongbow and Moonshade recognized for a third time. As a cub, she was quite a handful, being very noisy and exuberant, leading to her name.
As she grows, she becomes a friendly happy adolescent Elf, leading to her name to be changed to Freetouch by the tribe. She is fascinated by the young male elves of Ember's tribe, especially Sust and Pool.
